Our electrical motors, customized structurally and electrically, are designed following the EU directives ECODESIGN and International norms of reference. Constructively motors are available in version with feet (B3) and equipped with flange, inside which is elastic coupling.Thermal protection, properly studied, guarantee performance in any type of service and against misuse or accidental cases.

24 MONTHS WARRANTY – Every single detail of the new motor Mazzoni is designed to get better performances and satisfy an increasing choosy market. Our design allows us, unlike all the other producers, to allow two years warranty for our engines if properly installed with thermal windings connected in the electrical circuit.

  • BEARING – Ball-bearing with single crown.
  • THERMAL PROTECTION IN THE WINDINGS – Electrical protections that are on the alimentation lines of the engine couldn’t be enough to ensure the over-loaded protection. In fact, if ventilation conditions get worse, the engine overheats but the electrical conditions don’t change and this prevents line protections. We could solve this problem installing protections on the windings.
  • ELASTIC COUPLING – Elastic couplings are used as connection elements between electrical engine with unified flange and oil-dynamic pump for the transmission impulse. Our elastic couplings are useful for the safeguard of the motor pump, in fact they eliminate phenomenon of electro discharge which is caused by galvanic currents that erode shafts and bearings.
